Pesto Pancakes with Ham
The perfect pesto pancakes with ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 65 g Green or red pesto
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 80 g Flour, preferably type 630 spelled
- 160 ml Milk
- 5 Discs Cooked ham
- 5 Discs Any semi-hard cheese
- Olive oil
- Mix the pesto, egg, flour and milk into a liquid batter. Brush a well-coated pan lightly with olive oil and heat. When the pan is hot, pour a small ladle of batter (equivalent to approx. 5 – 6 tbsp) into the pan and swirl the batter thinly into the pan.
- When the edges of the dough bend slightly upwards and the dough is firm on the underside, turn and bake from the other side for about 1/2 minute.
- Cover each finished pancake with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese and fold up to form a crescent.
- This fits e.g. a delicious salad. The amount makes about 5 – 6 pancakes.
