Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 pack of cheese, grated
- 100 g ham
- 300 g corn or peas (or half and half)
- 1 kg smoked pork
- Salt
- pepper
- 500 ml Hollandaise sauce, light
- 2 onions, finely diced
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Dice the smoked pork and fry in a non-stick pan with the ham and onions. Arrange everything in a casserole dish and season. Finally, drizzle with the hollandaise sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
