Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta, preferably spirals
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Butter for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta as usual, drain, and set aside. Heat a little butter in a pan and lightly brown the cooked ham. Add the pasta to the pan with the ham and let it cook for a while to crisp up one side. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the spices (crack) and then pour them over the pasta. Let the eggs set. Tip: We also add ketchup to the pasta and serve it with cucumber or green salad with plenty of yogurt dressing.
