Baked paprika and cream chicken

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 2 cups of whipped cream, 200 g each
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 package of grated cheese, approx. 200 g
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Cut the peppers and onions into small pieces. Brown the chicken breasts well on both sides in margarine and then place them in a baking dish. Brown the peppers and onions in the margarine. Deglaze with all the cream and heat through. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Then pour the cream sauce into the baking dish. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with cheese and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
