TV – Dinner or Party

Halve the ciabatta, scoop out some of the meat, and reserve the crumb. Fry the minced meat in oil until crumbly, add the chopped olives and the other ingredients, and cook until cooked through. Season well. Stir in the crumb. Fill the bread with the minced meat mixture, top with cheese, and bake at 250°C for about 8-10 minutes. When filling bread rolls with the mixture, don’t use all the crumb, as this will make the mixture too dry. Serve with a nice chutney.
