Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 mango(s), ripe
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 1 spring onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 piece(s) ginger root, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly turmeric
  • cumin
  • Mustard, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

to fondue or hot stone

Peel the mango, remove the stone, and roughly dice the flesh. Blend it with all other ingredients in a blender. Season to taste.
