Vegetarian mushroom and rice pan “Cajun”

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g rice
  • 3 spring onions
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 pack of mincer substitute, approx. 200 g
  • 1 cup of sour cream, approx. 150 – 200 g
  • 1 dash of cooking cream or cream
  • some parsley, flat
  • salt and pepper
  • Cajun Rub
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or other oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Finely chop the cleaned spring onions and mushrooms and sauté in hot oil until the mushroom juices have evaporated. Add the veggie mince and fry for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Stir in the sour cream and a dash of cream, season to taste, and stir in the chopped parsley. Serve with the rice.
