Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 fish fillet(s), e.g. pollock fillet
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of toast
- 6 tbsp oil
- 125 g cheese, grated
- fish seasoning
- dill
- Parsley
- Fat, for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the fish, pat dry, and season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and fish seasoning. Whisk the eggs and oil in a bowl. Dice the toast and add. Chop the dill and parsley, add, and mix everything gently. Place the fish fillets in a greased baking dish and cover with the egg and toast mixture. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 150°C (300°F) for approximately 35-40 minutes.
