Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 10 large potatoes
  • oil
  • Paprika powder
  • herbal salt
  • pepper
  • Garlic granules
  • oregano
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brush the potatoes clean (you can also peel them if you prefer). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Halve the potatoes and place them cut-side up on the sheet. Brush with oil, then season. Finally, bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Prick them occasionally to check if they’re tender. Tastes great grilled.
