Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 potatoes
  • oil
  • Salt
  • sesame

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the cleaned, unpeeled potatoes in half lengthwise. Brush the cut sides of the potatoes with oil, sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds, and place them cut-side down on a well-oiled baking sheet. Then coat the potatoes completely in oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for about 35 minutes. Serve with herb curd or salad. Caraway seeds can also be used instead of sesame seeds.
