- 6 m.-sized potato(s) to large
- 1 tbsp oil (preferably olive oil)
- 2 tsp, heaped spice mix (Good Mood, spice blossom preparation from Sonnentor) or
- Herbs of Provence
- Sea salt
- chili flakes

Quick vegetarian main course for 2 people or as a side dish for 4 people
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven). Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine the oil and seasonings, add the potatoes, and mix well. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until tender and crispy. Serve with a quark or yogurt dip. Tip: This method also works well with carrots, zucchini, eggplant, and more.
