Baked potatoes with chicken breast and Emmental cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g potatoes
  • 250 g cheese (Emmental)
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Peel and slice the potatoes, pre-cook in boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes, and then spread them on a baking sheet. Grate the Emmental cheese, setting some aside for sprinkling. Mix the cheese with the crème fraîche and season well. Slice the chicken as desired, season, and place it on top of the potatoes. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the potatoes and chicken, then sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes at medium heat in an oven preheated to 170°C.
