Turkey schnitzel with potato crust

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 turkey schnitzels, 1 bag of frozen Rösti
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 150 g bacon, diced
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Let the rösti thaw slightly. Do not thaw completely. Mix the rösti mixture with the cream, sour cream, finely diced ham, and cheese. If you like, you can also add some herbs (chives or flat-leaf parsley). Then spread this mixture on the cleaned, lightly pounded, and peppered and salted schnitzels. Place the schnitzels in a greased casserole dish or on a baking sheet. Then bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C (180°C fan-assisted oven) until golden brown. Serve with a nice fresh salad and crusty bread.
