Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ kg potatoes
- herb butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Wash and halve the potatoes, brush the cut side with herb butter, and place flat-side down on the baking sheet. Bake at 200g for about 90 minutes.
