Chicory salad with crab

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicory
  • 200 g crab
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 250 g mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean the chicory, halve it, remove the bitter stalk, and cut it into 1 cm thick slices. In a bowl, mix the chicory with the shrimp, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix the mayonnaise with the sour cream and the remaining lemon juice. Chop the dill and stir it into the mayonnaise. Season again with salt and pepper.
