Baked salmon with leek pieces

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 bunch of leeks
  • 250g mozzarella
  • some herb butter
  • 200 ml hollandaise sauce
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Clean the leek and cut into small rings. Briefly fry it with the salmon fillets and season. Place the salmon in a baking dish and brush with a little herb butter. Arrange the leek on top of the salmon. Spread the hollandaise sauce over it. Slice the mozzarella and spread evenly over it. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C until the cheese is melted. This takes about 15 minutes. Serve with rice.
