Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g tofu (silken tofu)
- 100 g fig(s), dried
- 50 g walnuts
- possibly water or olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Finely chop the figs and walnuts. Mash the silken tofu and blend everything together again. If you want a slightly creamier mixture and have some time, you can soak the nuts and figs in water for a few hours before using them. Tip: If the spread is too thick, you can add a little more water and/or olive oil and then blend again.
