Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 pork schnitzels
- ½ cup crème fraîche
- 100 ml sweet cream
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 6 Rösti wedges, frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Wash raw schnitzel (pork, turkey, or chicken), pat dry, and season. Then mix the crème fraîche and cream and spread on the schnitzel. Crumble the thawed hash browns and place them on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 1/2 hour at approximately 200-225°C. Side dishes: vegetables or a mixed salad.
