Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 steaks (minute steaks)
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 point Hollandaise sauce
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- 1 point cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the minute steaks and pat dry. Wrap them in bacon (2 slices per steak) and place them in an ovenproof casserole dish. Mix the sweet cream with the hollandaise sauce and pour over the steaks. Then bake in the oven at approximately 180°C for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. I serve this with potatoes and asparagus, preferably fresh.
