Baked shrimp

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 400 g shrimp(s), fresh or frozen
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 small chili pepper(s), dried
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • dill
  • olive oil
  • 6 drops of lemon juice per serving
  • curry powder
  • tarragon
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the aluminum foil into 6 equal-sized sheets (approx. 30 x 30 cm). Finely dice the onion, peel, deseed, and dice the tomatoes. Chop the chili pepper and garlic and mix with the diced tomatoes. Spread the diced tomatoes, onion, and shrimp evenly on the aluminum foil. Sprinkle each with the spices and herbs to taste. Finally, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Wrap the aluminum foil in a “bag” and bake at 250°C on the middle rack for 10 minutes. Serve with baguette bread.
