Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 kg smoked pork
- 1 can of pineapple slices
- 250 g butter
- 4 pieces of processed cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Cut the smoked pork into slices and arrange them on a greased baking sheet. Place a pineapple slice on each slice. Melt the butter with the cheese, adding pineapple juice if desired, and spread it over the meat. Bake for approximately 1 hour at 200°C (top/bottom heat).
