Cook the piece of smoked pork in a roasting bag at 190°C for about an hour, then let it cool. Cut into slices. Layer 1/2 slice of smoked pork and 1/2 slice of pineapple in a baking dish in a fan-shaped layer. Heat the processed cheese, herb processed cheese, and cream in a saucepan until combined, then pour this mixture over the smoked pork in the baking dish. Bake for 1/2 hour at 225°C. Our side dish of choice was always potato gratin, like the one you can find here at CK (“The Best Potato Gratin”).
