Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 ostrich steaks
  • salt and pepper
  • some garlic, if you like

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Salt the ostrich steaks. Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side over medium heat. Then sear briefly for about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and cover the pan for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper again before serving. If you like, add a little garlic to make it extra tender.
