Baked toast with apple and tuna salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 slices of toast
  • 1 can of tuna, natural
  • 1 apple
  • 3 slices of cheese of your choice
  • Remoulade
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the apple and grate it into a bowl. Then add the tuna and mix well. To prevent the apple from browning too quickly, add a squeeze of lemon juice. Toast the slices of toast and spread with remoulade. Place a portion of apple and tuna salad on each slice of toast and top with a slice of cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 5-10 minutes. Serve hot.
