Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 large beefsteak tomatoes
- 6 large mushrooms
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- 2 handfuls of cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Remove the stems from the tomatoes. Finely chop the tomatoes and mushrooms and arrange them in a fan-shaped arrangement in a baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Sprinkle with cheese. This amount is a guideline, so feel free to add more cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C for approximately 10-15 minutes.
