Baked tomato and sausage sandwich

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) farmer’s bread or smoked pork
  • some margarine
  • 2 slice(s) sausage, (ham sausage)
  • some remoulade
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • onion powder
  • 1 slice(s) cheese, Gouda or butter cheese
  • Paprika powder
  • garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Toast the bread. Then spread it with margarine and top with slices of sausage. Spread the tartar sauce on top. Slice the tomato and top the bread with it. Season. Add a slice of cheese and grill or bake in the oven. Alternatively, use a slice of cooked smoked pork as a base instead of bread.
