Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tomatoes (vine tomatoes)
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese (0.2% fat)
  • 1 tbsp, strained mustard (Dijon mustard)
  • 4 capers
  • some soy sauce
  • sweetener
  • 2 slice(s) sausage – cold cuts (chicken breast fillet 2.5% fat), wafer-thin
  • 2 slice(s) mozzarella (8.5% fat)
  • 1 slice(s) honeydew melon(s) (approx. 1 cm wide)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Generously cut out the stems from the tomatoes and fill them with the cheese mixture (mix the cream cheese, capers, and spices). Top with cold cuts and mozzarella. Grill for 10 minutes. Serve with the diced honeydew melon.
