Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 large turkey cutlets
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- 1 pack of crème fraîche with herbs
- some cream
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with feta and crème fraîche
Dice the onion and fry in a little oil until lightly browned. Remove from the heat and set aside. Cut the meat into fairly small strips and fry lightly in a pan. Season with salt and pepper, and place in a lightly greased casserole dish. Bring the crème fraîche to a boil in a small saucepan with a little cream and the feta. The feta doesn’t need to melt completely! Stir in the fried onions and season the sauce with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over the meat and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
