Baking: Almond Croissants
The perfect baking: almond croissants recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Soft butter
- 50 g Sugar
- 2 Egg yolk
- 1 drops Bitter almond flavor
- 100 g Flour
- 30 g Ground almonds
- 1 tsp Christmas spice … RZ in my KB
- 0,5 tsp Tonka vanilla sugar … RZ in my KB
- Sliced almonds
- Mix all ingredients (except for the sliced almonds) into a soft dough.
- Grease the hollows of the croissant baking sheet. Pour in batter. (To do this, I took off small pieces of the dough, rolled them up a bit and then placed them in the hollows.)
- Now place the sliced almonds on the dough, gently pressing / sticking them in.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 160 ° C for about 12-15 minutes.
- Let the croissants cool down briefly in the tin (tip: turn the baking tray over), then remove and let cool down completely.
