Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 4 tbsp semolina
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the egg with semolina and salt and let stand for a while. Shape the dumplings with a wet teaspoon, place them in boiling salted water, and cook for 20 minutes. Refresh with a little cold water, cover, and let stand for another 10 minutes.
