Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 300 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 40 g cocoa powder
- 200 ml sour cream
Instructions

(this is a fluffy chocolate cake)
Whisk together the butter, sugar, and eggs. Combine the flour, cocoa, and baking soda and stir into the batter. Finally, add the sour cream. Spread the batter on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes (test with a toothpick). The cooled cake can be dusted with powdered sugar or covered with chocolate icing, if desired. I also like to use leftover chopped chocolate Santas and Easter bunnies in the batter. Simply add the chocolate chips to the batter after the sour cream.
