Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g rice
  • 1 pack of frozen vegetables (Balkan vegetables)
  • 1 jar vegetables (peppers)
  • 1 bottle of ketchup
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the rice. Prepare a marinade with vinegar, oil, pepper, the finely chopped onion, salt, and ½ bottle of ketchup. Add the rice, Balkan vegetables, and bell peppers to the salad marinade and let it marinate.
