Balsamic walnut oil dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 1 tbsp salad herbs
  • 1 tbsp honey, liquid
  • 4 tbsp walnut oil
  • 8 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • some salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp pine nuts, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine vinegar, herbs, honey, water, mustard, and oil and season with salt and pepper. Toast pine nuts in a pan without adding oil, stirring constantly. Sprinkle over the prepared salad.
