Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 banana(s), ripe
- 300 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy flour or 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 shot of mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
without egg, baked in a loaf pan
Puree the bananas and mix with the other ingredients to form a batter. Finally, add a dash of sparkling water for even more fluffiness. Transfer the batter to a loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes. Alternatively, you can use an egg instead of soy flour.
