Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g margarine
- 120 g sugar
- 400 g flour (whole wheat), finely ground
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 banana(s), ripe
- 120 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 2 tsp vanilla, ground
- 40 g walnuts, chopped
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Whole-grain banana bread
Preheat the oven to 150°C. Melt the margarine and sugar in a saucepan over low heat. First, stir in the flour and baking powder, then gradually add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Grease an 11 cm x 28 cm loaf pan and pour in the batter. Bake the bread in the preheated oven at 150°C for about 50 minutes. Check with a skewer every now and then. If nothing sticks to the skewer, the bread is done.
