Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 2 large eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 300 g spelt flour or wheat flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 50 g dark chocolate coating
  • 50 g chocolate coating, whole milk
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 tsp ginger powder (can also be omitted)
  • 2 banana(s), ripe (approx. 180 g)
  • 12 tbsp water, boiling

Chop the two chocolate coatings into small pieces. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cream the butter with sugar and eggs until fluffy. Sift the flour with baking powder and mix with the hazelnuts, chocolate coating, and ginger. Stir this mixture into the foam mixture alternately with the hot water. Mash the bananas or cut them into very small cubes and fold them into the batter. Grease a loaf pan and line it with baking paper. Pour in the batter and tap firmly into the pan with your hand to ensure even distribution. Bake the cake for 70-75 minutes.
