Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 packs of biscuits (Galletitas Chocolinas)
- 500 g caramel cream (dulce de leche)
- 400 g cream cheese
- 1 cup of coffee, lukewarm
- ½ cup condensed milk
- 300 g chocolate, dark
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes
For the filling, mix the caramel cream with the cream cheese in a bowl. Soak the cookies in the coffee and line the bottom of a baking dish with a few. Cover the first layer with the filling. Continue with the second layer of cookies until you have 4 layers. Refrigerate the dish for at least 2 hours. Heat the condensed milk with the chocolate until you get a smooth cream. Then pour the cream over the Chocotorta. Tip: You can decorate the cake with fruit.
