Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g banana(s)
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g butter or margarine
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 250 g flour (wheat type 1050)
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork. Beat the eggs, sugar, and butter/margarine until fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients and mix into a dough. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan, approximately 25 cm long. Bake for approximately 60 minutes at 180°C (top and bottom heat).
