Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 ml milk
  • 6 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • oil
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the peeled bananas into small pieces and set aside. Whisk the eggs with the milk, then stir in the melted butter. Stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Fold in the salt, flour, and baking powder, then stir in the banana pieces. Heat oil in a pan and fry small portions of the batter. Sprinkle with sugar and serve.
