Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bananas, ripe
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- e.g. raisins
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
First, puree the bananas in a bowl until smooth. Then add the milk, flour, and egg and mix briefly with a hand mixer. Add a pinch of cinnamon and a teaspoon of sugar, if desired. Stir the raisins into the batter. Heat the pan and add two small portions of batter at a time, frying both sides until golden brown.
