Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 900 g potatoes
  • 500 g flour
  • 63 g yeast
  • 2 ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

with raw potatoes, without egg

Peel and grate raw potatoes, leaving the juices to rest. Stir in flour, yeast, and salt and let the dough rise. Then pour into a marble cake pan. Bake at 220°C (top/bottom heat) for about 1 hour.
