Banana – Cheese – Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • ½ celery
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 5 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel and slice the bananas. Trim, wash, and slice the bell peppers and celery. Slice the ham and cheese. Mix the mayonnaise with yogurt, tomato ketchup, and lemon juice and season generously with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and let it sit for half an hour before serving.
