Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

absolutely guaranteed to succeed and without gelatin

Separate the eggs. Combine the wine, water, sugar, custard powder, and egg yolks in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Let it cool in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Then mix the mixture well with a hand mixer on low speed. Beat the 3 egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the custard. Finally, whip the whipped cream and fold it in as well. This recipe can easily be prepared the day before. Halved green grapes, for example, are great for decoration. I’ve also made the recipe for children using white grape juice. This way you hardly need any sugar, and the cream is a bit firmer.
