Banana chocolate pudding

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (chocolate flavor)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 8 ladyfingers
  • 2 bananas

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple, quick and very tasty

Take 4 tablespoons of the milk and stir it with the custard powder and sugar until smooth. Heat the remaining milk. When it boils, remove from the heat and stir in the stirred custard powder. Return the pan to the heat and bring to a boil for 1 minute, stirring continuously. Meanwhile, break the sponge fingers into small pieces and peel and slice the bananas. Divide these pieces among 4 dessert bowls. Pour the hot custard over the banana and sponge fingers.
