Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 200 g coconut milk
- 40 g sugar
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- e.g. mint or lemon balm
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with coconut milk
Mix the low-fat quark with coconut milk and sugar until smooth. Peel and slice the banana, and drizzle with lemon juice. Mix the quark with the bananas and pour into dessert bowls or glasses. If desired, garnish with mint or lemon balm.
