Banana-coconut-pineapple curd

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 80 g banana(s)
  • 80 g pineapple, fresh
  • 1 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 500 g quark
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 40 g sugar, approx.
  • possibly banana(s)
  • possibly pineapple
  • possibly lemon balm

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and slice the bananas. Remove the leaves from the pineapple, then halve and peel it. Remove the stem and finely chop the flesh. Blend the quark with lime juice, coconut milk, and sugar until smooth. Fold in the fruit. Ladle into bowls or glasses. If desired, garnish with banana pieces, pineapple pieces, and lemon balm.
