Banana-coconut porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 5 tbsp oat flakes, fine
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • some honey
  • some vanilla extract
  • n. B. Desiccated coconut, for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 16 minutes

Combine the milk, oat flakes, chopped banana, desiccated coconut, a little honey, and vanilla extract in a small, non-stick saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Remove the pan from the heat and cover. Let it rest for about 4-5 minutes. Serve in a bowl and garnish with desiccated coconut, if desired.
