Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bananas
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 lemons
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • Egg liqueur to taste
  • 1 cup(s) cherries (sour cherries)
  • Chocolate, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Puree the bananas and mix well with the vanilla sugar, lemon juice, sugar, egg yolks, and liqueur. Then fold in the beaten egg whites and whipped cream. Decorate with the sour cherries and grated chocolate.
