Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 3 bananas, very ripe
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 150 g creamy yogurt, 0.1% fat
- possibly milk
- e.g. cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Puree the bananas with the sugar. Stir the yogurt and quark together until smooth, adding a little milk if needed. Mix in the pureed bananas and season with a little cinnamon.
