Banana – Curry – Butter
The perfect banana – curry – butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Veg. Butter at room temperature
- 2 piece Bananas
- 2 tbsp Mild curry powder
- 1 tbsp Juice of one lemon
- 1 tbsp Salt to season
- Mash the bananas with a fork and squeeze in the lemon juice, mix everything well.
- Now everything with the soft butter, add a little salt and puree vigorously.
- Put the mixture in a bowl or container and chill.
