Banana – Curry – Butter

The perfect banana – curry – butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Veg. Butter at room temperature
  • 2 piece Bananas
  • 2 tbsp Mild curry powder
  • 1 tbsp Juice of one lemon
  • 1 tbsp Salt to season
  1. Mash the bananas with a fork and squeeze in the lemon juice, mix everything well.
  2. Now everything with the soft butter, add a little salt and puree vigorously.
  3. Put the mixture in a bowl or container and chill.
